Inspection & Return Window

Buyers have 72 hours after delivery to inspect their item(s). To initiate a return, please email info@armstrong671.com within this timeframe.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping charges. These costs will be deducted from the original purchase price, including applicable taxes.

All returns must be packaged and shipped within three business days of approval. In some cases, the buyer may also be responsible for packing charges incurred by the seller. Items must be received in their original condition. Buyers may not be reimbursed for returns that are not received in original condition, and Armstrong 671 reserves the right to deduct for any damage not related to transportation.

Payment & Buyer Protection

Payment is collected from the buyer at the time of purchase and is released to the seller only after the 72-hour inspection period has passed.

The Armstrong 671 Buyer Guarantee ensures peace of mind in the event that your item does not arrive, is broken during transit, or is entirely different than what you purchased. Please note that all sales are final after 48 hours from delivery.

How to Request a Return

When contacting us to initiate a return, please include the reason for the return, your Armstrong 671 order number (found in your confirmation email), your phone number, and photos of the item and packaging if the item arrived damaged. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in its original condition. Any outbound, return, or packing charges for which the buyer is responsible will be deducted from the refund amount.

Final Note

On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping. If you refuse delivery or wish to notify us of a return, please email info@armstrong671.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
