Ugenius Trade Inc is a legally registered company in the state of New Jersey, founded by two partners who share not only the same name — Eugeniu — but also the same philosophy: that meaningful objects are born from restraint, precision, and purpose. The development of Armstrong 671 was an exercise in refinement. Countless iterations were explored, adjusted, and reimagined. Proportions were tested. Light diffusion was perfected. Every curve, surface, and interaction was reconsidered until the design felt balanced and complete.
Material choice played a defining role in this process. We deliberately rejected mass-market shortcuts in favor of high-quality plastic, selected for its strength, softness, and ability to create a calm, even glow, paired with natural cork elements chosen for their warmth, texture, and organic character. These materials were selected not for cost, but for longevity, tactility, and the way they age over time.
To complete the experience, each lamp is finished with an eco-friendly coating that creates a refined rubber-touch surface.
